Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hobbsapp.com (the "Site"), operated by Hobbs, LLC("Hobbs," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Separate terms will govern the Hobbs application and any customer agreements when the platform launches.

The Site

The Site is a pre-launch informational page. Content on the Site — including product descriptions, screenshots, and timelines — describes software under active development, is provided for information only, and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site is a commitment to deliver any feature or functionality by any date.

Early-access waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, reserve capacity, form a contract for the Hobbs service, or obligate either of us in any way. We may contact waitlist members about availability and may onboard organizations in any order at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Hobbs name, logo, screenshots, text, and design — are owned by Hobbs, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to probe, scan, or breach its security, submitting false or automated waitlist entries, scraping content at scale, or interfering with its operation.

Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOBBS, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance.
