Hobbs App Support

Need help with the Hobbs member app? You're in the right place. Hobbs is the app your flying club, flight school, or FBO uses for scheduling, flight closeouts, documents, training, maintenance squawks, and messaging.

Email support@hobbsapp.com and we'll get back to you, typically within one business day. Please include your name, the name of your club or school, and a short description of the issue (and a screenshot if you have one).

Trouble signing in?

The Hobbs app is invite-only — you need an account from a club or school that uses Hobbs. If you don't have one yet, ask your Organization's administrator to add you. You can sign in with your email and password, or with Continue with Apple or Continue with Google. If you forgot your password, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email. If a reset link doesn't arrive, check spam, then email us.

Common topics

Bookings and schedule. Reserve aircraft and instructors from the Home and Schedule screens; the app flags eligibility issues (like a lapsed document) before you fly.

Flight closeout. After a flight, record Hobbs/tach, fuel, and charges from the closeout screen, attaching meter and document photos.

Documents and currency. Manage pilot documents, ratings, medical, and currency under Account → Documents.

Maintenance squawks. Report an issue with photos, or a video (the microphone prompt appears only when you record a squawk video).

Payments. Dues and balances are paid securely through Stripe in your browser — there is no in-app purchase. For billing questions specific to your club or school, contact your Organization's administrator.

Delete your account

You can request account deletion in the app at Account → Delete account, or by emailing support@hobbsapp.com. Because Hobbs holds regulated financial and FAA-adjacent records, deletion requests are processed by staff (settle → end membership → erase where permitted); records we are legally required to keep are retained for the required period and then deleted.
