This Privacy Policy describes how Hobbs, LLC ("Hobbs," "we," "us") handles information collected through hobbsapp.com (the "Site"). The Site is currently a pre-launch informational page for the Hobbs platform, a management system for flying clubs, flight schools, and other aircraft-rental organizations. A separate privacy policy will govern the Hobbs application when it launches.

Information we collect

Waitlist email. If you join the early-access waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, the date of your signup, and the page it came from. Providing it is voluntary.

Technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting providers automatically record basic request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — used for security, debugging, and capacity planning. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or sell any visitor data. The Site does not set cookies for marketing purposes.

How we use it

We use waitlist emails to contact you about Hobbs availability, early access, and launch updates. We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who operate our infrastructure (such as our hosting, database, and email-delivery providers), who may process it only on our behalf.

Retention and your choices

We keep waitlist emails until launch outreach is complete or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@hobbsapp.com. Unsubscribe instructions will also be included in any email we send.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Site evolves — for example, when the Hobbs application launches. We will post the updated policy here with a new effective date.
